Firstly my advice is free, i am always very happy to help and offer my advice, however, i also offer a fertility plan which i mentioned in the section to the left, please feel free to enquire as it has helped many couples in the past.
This fertility plan is set to the individual and their needs, i send you a questionaire, it has numerous questions and both yourself and your parter must answer, it also involves hair analysis, so samples of your hair will be required.
The plan takes about 10 to 14 days to complete and is indeed very worthwhile taking, it will cost in total £70.00
The hair is tested and along with your questionaire i am able to set out a fertility plan for the both of you................trust me, my plans have helped many couples, sometimes it the simple things we change in outr lifes that help us the most.

As numerous couples recognize, getting pregnant isn't simply a matter of having intercourse near a selected date. Less than two-thirds of couples attempting to conceive succeed within six months. Luckily, 90% of couples trying to get pregnant do so within 18 months.
There are many of factors that affect the chances of conception, several more important than others.
Caffeine consumption does have an impact on fertility for both men and women. Cappucino has the highest amount of caffeine, between 300-400 mg, second would be brewed coffee which has between 100-300 mg and not surprisingly, decaffeinated coffee has only 1-8 mg. Couples worried that caffeine might be an issue should limit themselves to no more than two cups per day.
So who is really more at fault for not conceiving? Conditions in both men and women are about equally likely to be the reason pregnancy doesn't occur.
A small percentage of men have low sperm movement, a precondition in which sperm cells do not actively displace enough to make the trip up to the egg. Caffeine or excessive alcohol consumption may have some small effect on this, however generally the condition is either hereditary or a temporary condition due to illness.
Or, a man could have a low sperm count, although once again this is true of less than 10%. Heavy consumption of alcohol can be a factor, but here again it's typically the result of inheritance or recent sickness. In a few cases this is due, for example, to high fever.
That's the accurate part of the statement that heat causes low sperm counts. This remains temporary, though. The mythical part of the 'heat makes low sperm count' is the opinion that hot tubs or tight underwear impacts sperm count. The myth grew out of general science laboratory observations that high temperature reduces sperm count in tests. However the temperature required to affect the sperm count is much greater than the shift produced by wearing jockey shorts or other lifestyle choices.
Many wome's issues can be very quickly corrected with very simple gentle to the body treatments.
